Returns & Refunds


Due to the nature of Dgital content, which can be instantly downloaded afer a purchase, all sales are considered final.

There is no "traial" or "grace period" for Memberships or any digital products. Once an item has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. 

However, if a separate product purchase does not function as expected and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund without questions. 

General Refund Conditions

We generally do not provide refunds if:

  • -You have changed your mind;
  • -You purchased by mistake;
  • -The item is no longer available on our website;
  • -You are in violation of our fair use policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
  • Gift Cards;
  • Downloadable software, products (videos, PDFs, etc.);
  • Health and personal care items.


Mode of Refund and Process-

For refundable items, we require your UPI ID and a receipt or proof of purchase to process Refund.

You need to send both on our supporting email- support@nainacademy.com or On our Helpline Whatsapp Number- 9996663790.

After verify your details you will got your refund within 72 hours. and we also send your refund proof on your registred contact details. 


Cancellation Policy

Digital Products and Memberships-

Due to the instant access to digital content and services, cancellations are generally not permitted after a purchase has been completed. Once a digital product or membership is purchased and downloaded, no cancellations will be accepted.
